It depends on the type of psychological service you are signed up for, but in general the initial meeting can be 1.5 to 2 hours long.

The amount of sessions vary between clients and can be discussed with your clinician.

Payment can be received before or at the time of the session via e-transfer, credit card, cash, or cheque.

We also offer direct billing to select insurance companies. Please contact us to discuss direct billing options.

We accept referrals however they are not required. Please contact us directly to self-refer.

there is ample free parking in the Clinic parking lot (Whitemud Crossing parking lot)

If you need to cancel an upcoming appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice.

This time allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment and helps us to maintain an efficient schedule.
