Payment can be received before or at the time of the session via e-transfer, credit card, cash, or cheque.

We also offer direct billing to select insurance companies. Please contact us to discuss direct billing options.

there is ample free parking in the Clinic parking lot (Whitemud Crossing parking lot)

If you need to cancel an upcoming appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice.

This time allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment and helps us to maintain an efficient schedule.
